You will go about 2-3 weeks with no hair growth. If it’s your first time waxing your hair may grow back sooner due to the layers of hair from shaving or using other forms of hair removal.
What should I do after waxing larger areas?
Keep the area dry as possible especially the bikini and under arm area. NO oil based products. It will clog the pores, use talc-free powder for the first 24-48hrs.
Will I be uncomfortable after my waxing service?
Barely! Since our wax only adheres to the hair NOT the skin you will have a less painful service. If its your first time ever waxing your bikini area you may be slightly tender for a few hours, but not likely using Winks Wax.
How long will a Brazilian take?
We specialize in speedy wax services. Depending on the hair growth of your bikini area our Wink babes will take anywhere between 15-25mins.
What’s the difference between bikini line, Brazilian, Full Brazilian front & Back?
Bikini line is the strip of hair outside of the panty line. A quick tidy up on those hairs that tend to peek out! Brazilian is as much or as little hair removed from the front end of the kitty area. We can leave a landing strip, a “v” shape or all bare. Whatever your kitty desires! Full Brazilian is all hair removed from the front all the way to the buttocks strip. Front to back!
Can I wax during that time of the month?
YES, you can. However, keep in mind during that time of the month you are more sensitive and waxing can become more uncomfortable due to your hormones being out of whack.
How do I prepare for my wax?
Arrive on time and make sure the area is clean. Especially the bikini area. Our Wink babes will take care of everything else but will only work with a clean area.
How long does the hair have to be to get waxed?
Hair need to be about a ¼ of an inch, tilted and laying flat on the skin for best results. We want you to leave our studio with smooth skin.
